Luxury Boat & RV Storage is located in the Richmond/Rosenberg area with easy access to Spur 10, 90-A, and I69 (Hwy 59).
We have over 700 units including 35', 38', 40', 45', 50', & 55' storage units. We also offer 73', 80', and 85' pull through units.
We have a number of amenities for our tenants - 4 clean, well stocked restroom, 4 commercial ice makers, 4 wash down area, 2 air compressors and an RV Dump Station. Luxury Boat & RV Storage is a 100% concrete, well lit facility. All our units are fully enclosed with lights and electricity. Dedicated 20amp, 30amp, 40amp & 50amp service in select units
